After you have completed the form, please make sure to press the Submit button at the bottom to automatically send us your information. The security and privacy of patient data is one of our primary concerns and we have taken every precaution to protect it.
If you are coming to see us, Tonda (left) will welcome you to our office. Jennifer, Mary and Danielle (right) will greet you and welcome you to the practice if you’re coming to see Dr. Lustig and team. They are a wealth of information and look forward to introducing you to the ArkLaTex experience!
Drew is the central hub of the practice. She is a liaison between our different locations, coordinates and manages our outstanding staff, and organizes many business aspects of the practice. While her efforts may not be directly seen on your visits, she is hard at work making sure your experience is smooth and enjoyable.
Throughout the process of having a dental implant placed and later restored, Shauna will be tirelessly working behind the scenes, tracking your progression in treatment from our original consult through completion of treatment (getting your tooth) at your oral surgeon’s office. She will be communicating with your oral surgeon on a regular basis, making sure that all lines of communication remain open and total treatment times are as efficient as possible.
These ladies work side-by-side with their doctors in the “back” of the office. Once an assistant escorts you back for your consult and/or treatment, we make every attempt for that assistant to remain your personal concierge for the duration of your visit.
You are unlikely to meet Lisa or Periann during your visit, but they will be working on your behalf with your insurance companies — to maximize your insurance benefits and minimize your out-of-pocket costs. Before your visit, they will obtain information about your coverage and benefits. At your visit, we strive to use this information to provide a clear and accurate estimate of total treatment cost, expected insurance coverage, and your out-of-pocket responsibility. Once the procedure has been completed, they will do all the paperwork to get your insurance company to fulfill its obligations.
